Industrial Power Sweeping Services employs a number of systems to ensure a safe and quality service. This includes a Health, Safety and Environment Management System to ensure the safety of all employees.
Technical and training information provided by equipment suppliers is integrated to ensure all use of equipment is per the manufacturers standard. Our operators are fully trained on this information.
With regard to job performance and quality, Job Safety Analysis Worksheets are used to ensure staff perform all tasks in a safe manner and meet the required standard. A 'Management by Walkabout' technique is also used to monitor and ensure on-the-job performance is satisfactory and tasks are being completed within contractual specifications.
Weekly staff meetings are held to discuss workflow issues and improvements. Any issues of concern are addressed in a timely manner.
Work Schedule Planning Sheets are also used in the work allocation process to assist in reducing travel time while ensuring adequate time is available to complete all tasks.
